I GAVE MY CAR I BOUGHT 6 MONTHS BACK TO A BROTHER IN MY CHURCH ON HIS DEMAND TO CARRY HIS FAMILY TO HIS HOME TOWN. AFTER SOME DAYS HE WROTE BACK IN THE HOSPITAL THAT MY CAR WAS A WRITE-OFF. IT HAPPENED WHEN HE WAS RUSHING BACK TO CARRY THE FAMILY WHO HAD ALREADY IN THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT. I M DISTURBED AND MY FAMILY EVEN I DONT THINK I CAN GO FOR THE EXAM I M PREPARING FOR. THE CAR IS ON 3RD PARTY INSURANCE. WHAT WOULD I DO?

Not much you can do. If he won't fix it, then it looks like you just have to accept it as a learning experience and go on.
