Default Does it concern you that Toyota is promoting insurance fraud in it's

Toyotathon commercials where people? willfully destroy their cars / trucks / suv's by pushing them off parking garages, cutting trees down on them and rolling giant boulders off cliffs to crush their cars. I realize they are going for a comical effect but they really are inadvertently promoting insurance fraud. How soon until someone actually does this and uses as their defense in court that Toyota promoted it. Your thoughts?
