My ex left me 5 weeks ago, for his co-worker/used to be lesbian roommate. So both of them moved to a new address.He ows me some money all together $ 1200 I even gave him $ 345 sep last year as a down payment for his car. His girlfriend sold her car and drives around in his car. Well he ows me money I tried to talk to him how he would like to pay me back. Always next friday and he never came trough.I would like to get my money back, but the small claim court told me i would need his address including county.Does anyone know how to get someones new address without following or harrassing him and his new love.Thanks all of you , you all have been there for me in this crazy and hard time.

$1200 seems like too little to get worked up about. You would be better off setting your sights on your new life without them.

unfortunately if he dont give it following him might be the only way. You do not have to harass someone just follow him to find out where it is he lives and that will be that. then file the papers. there is also hiring a private investigator.

You could try to contact his friends and/or family to get the address. You might even try to contact their place of employment or have a lawyer contact the employer to try to get an address. If you have a land line phone number for them you could do a reverse search on the internet. If he used a different address before he moved out (not the same address you use) then mail it to the old address and the mail can be forwarded to him or sometimes the Post Office will mail it back to you with his new correct mailing address.Good luck!

I would be harrassing him. I would make it my business to follow him to find out where he is living. He doesnt deserve your kindness. He did the wrong thing and he owes you money. Find out where he lives. You can be discreet about it. You can follow him in someone else's car....a car he doesnt recognise. I dont know what its like where you live, but if you are a registered voter, in Australia, you can go to your local council and look up the electoral roll. It gives the addresses of all registered voters. Do you know where he work? If you do then seek out one of his co-workers and see if they will help you out. What about his friends or family...maybe one of them will do the right thing and tell you where they live. Surely someone you both know doesnt like what hes done to you and will help out. Good luck
