Can an American livng abroad receive medical treatment in that country?
only as far as i know if you pay for it. my sister was injured in venezuela, the bahamas, laos. upon being injured in laos she had herself medi-vac'd to thailand. all of which she paid for so i'd say you go to a country at your own peril and expense. huh what a novel idea.
