I was in a car accident a few days ago. Basically, I was entering an intersection and failed to give way to a car travelling the opposite direction. Both cars have been written off.I was told that I was being charged with Driving without Due Care and I would be summonsed in 6 months.I have fully comprehensive car insurance with Allianz and I was wondering if they would cover all, some or none of the costs?

To answer your question....your insurance company will pay the damages of the other driver up to YOUR legal liability percentage. If they deem you 75% at fault, they will pay 75% of the damages. As for your car, depends on if you carry collision coverage or not, and it also depends on if your state is a Pure Comparative, less than 50% or greater than 50% negligent state.
