Do not reply to it.If they were legit they would not be seeking info from you which they should already be in possession of.And, furthermore, had you actually won that much money someone from their organization would have sent you a notice by certified mail then would have appeared in person to present you with the necessary documentsfor you and your attorney to go overand provide the appropriate forms for you to fill out and file with the IRS, as this money would be taxable prior to your even receiving a single dime of it.Scam; fraud; con; scheme-whatever you wish to call it, just stay away from it.
