as long as there is an active policy on the auto and everyone driving is licensed, they are covered. when you drive from state to state, your coverage will adjust to that states minimum coverages unless your policy limits are higher already. Ex. if you have 30-60-25 and you drive to a state that state minimums are 50-100-50, your coverage automatically increases to that while you are in that state. if you have 50-100-50 and the state you drive to has required limits of only 30-60-25, then your coverage stays at the 50-100-50.
